BASE2's customer support is unparalleled in the industry. We have an unusual philosophy. We believe "your call is so important to us" that we answer the telephone rather than put you directly into some voice mail never-never land.
We know that our software is mission critical to you. Timeliness is very important and a problem with your EDI system can be very costly. That's why we do not make you wait through an automated call queue. You will speak to a live person when you call and that person will address your issue right away.
BASE2 has two support plans from which you can choose:
- Regular support is available on normal workdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time
- Extended support is available 24/7
