Support Programs

Types of support programs

We offer two types of support programs:

  • Standard support is available from 7 am Central Time to 5pm Central Time (-6 GMT) Monday through Friday. There will be support personnel in the office to be able to assist you. All users pay for this with their annual support contract.
  • Extended support is 24 / 7 support. There are support personnel in the office from 7am to 7pm to assist you and after-hours there is support available via a special phone number There is an additional annual cost for this service.
