Truckload scanning for real time building of your ASNs
Truckload is a wireless scanning system that loads your serials onto your staged ASNs in real time, as the truck is loaded.
With this subsystem you can do the following:
- Tie into Lineside, RF Scanning / Verification and/or ProdLine.
- Creates and prints Mixed Load or Master serials and assigns to the truck.
- Assign scanned serials to the truck in real time.
- Assigns serials to the mixed load or master serial automatically
- Reprints or creates new shipping serials from an inventory label in a customer-specific format.
- Prevents loading incorrect parts on a truck
- Prevents overshipments because it calculates the quantity shipped with each scan
- Prints quick receive labels when appropriate
