Material Requirements Planning (MRP) System
This MRP system is designed to work directly with the AutoLine Supply Chain subsystem.
What it does:
- Imports production schedules from AutoLine forecasts and orders
- Creates manufacturing record for scanning at the assembly line.
- Linked to RF Scanning and AutoLine.
- From a single level bill of materials explosion, creates EDI or faxable vendor orders.
- Using the X12 Material Release transmits EDI via AutoLine Supply Chain Subsystem.
- Maintains on hand inventory.
